Custom production of parts for automotive and industry
Production of machine parts and components on the basis of customer supplied drawings. All types of turned and milled parts are produced in piece, small batch and serial production. Metallic and non-metallic parts are machined from bar material, tubes, forgings and castings.
If the drawing documentation includes technologies that Danex Slovakia does not have in its production program (e.g. heat treatment, surface treatment, etc.), these operations are provided in cooperation with external companies.

Components for the bearing industry
A large part of the company’s production is focused on the bearing industry. The components manufactured include a range of shapes and sizes of bearing outer and inner rings. The other portfolio of components consists of distance rings, shafts and milled cages. The material processed is mainly bearing and case hardening steel from tubes, bars and forgings.
The raw materials for the machining of rings are purchased from exclusive bearing steel producers or the customer supplies the semi-finished products himself. In case of customer’s request, the rings are delivered as heat treated. The heat treatment is largely provided by the renowned multinational company Bodycote.

Design and production of special bearings
Custom manufacturing of special bearings is part of the company’s production program. There are three possible ways to implement the bearing design process:
1. The customer supplies his own bearing drawing documentation, then the bearing is manufactured.
2. The customer physically delivers the bearing, on the basis of which we draw its documentation. After mutual agreement of all details with the customer, the actual production of the bearing takes place.
3. The customer does not deliver either the drawing documentation or the bearing. However, he has an idea or documents about where the bearing is to be placed, what function it is to perform and what load it is to carry. On the basis of the given information, we design the bearing arrangement and after mutual agreement of the design and technical design, the bearing can be commissioned for production.
